Lipa City, Batangas – A man was killed by his neighbor because of changing his Wi-Fi password last night. According to the investigation of the police, the suspect that we just called “Moymoy” asked the Wi-Fi password of his neighbor and because of the nice attitude of his neighbor, the victim gave the password to the suspect without any hesitation.
After six months of using the Wi-Fi of his neighbor for free, the victim changed the password of his Wi-Fi because of the slow connection that he experienced in sharing his connection to the suspect. The victim didn’t inform Moy about this that causing the suspect to became enraged. The victim’s relatives saw the furious suspect attacked the victim and stabbed many times.
The mother of the victim already knew the anger of the suspect to the victim, because her son inform her that since her son changed his Wi-Fi password, the victim already receiving threats from the suspect. The victim also showed to his mother a letter from the suspect, the message said that “Kapag di mo binalik yung dating password mo, sigurado pagsisisihan mo ang mangyayari sayo”. They just ignored the threats because Moy is just a teenager and they didn’t expect that the suspect can really kill people.
The victim was declared dead on arrival, receiving 10 stabs from different parts of his body. The suspect was known as an online game addict in their place and never bought his own Wi-Fi connection because of the financial problems faced by his family. According to the police that interrogated the suspect, Moy didn’t answer the questions and saying random answers, a symptom that the suspect already suffering in a psychological disorder.
Moy was already in the custody of a Mental Asylum and receiving medical treatments. The relatives of the suspect didn’t file a case, they already knew that they will never get any justice because of the suspect’s mental condition.
